This is the Day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
Trying, but struggling to rejoice in the arguing, bickering, tattle tailing, not listening, kicking, hitting and breaking if things.
Hoping the Day he makes tomorrow is easier to rejoice in.

I am so thankful for all the hand me downs from friends. Cooper is a very lucky boy....somehow it seems unfair that he has more clothing than his sister! She just watched me load his short drawer with at 15 pairs of shorts all received today!

I think it is funny how these soaps and tv shows can't use name brand products.. Coke, Pepsi etc. General Hospital is a guilty pleasure of mine, today there was a bar scene on GH and I found it funny that the one beer brand was "Yellow Sun"...clever.

Had a great time with Ella and Cooper this morning! Made a pretty picture frame that holds Ella's picture in her class. Cooper and I made bird feeder treats in his class. He also sang two songs and we had circle time with his class!
Being in the classroom and seeing my kiddies around their friends and teachers is so nice! I know they are both happy and enjoying school!

Both my children are still awake. Ella up because she insists that there are bugs on her ceiling. The princess luminary light has a couple scratches on it and through her eyes appear as bugs on the ceiling. We've told her a number of times they aren't bugs and have explained the scratches to her in the past but tonight they are bugging her, literally.
Cooper is having potty issues and after Daddy successfully got him to bed, forgot to put a pull up on him so he had to go up to his room and put a pull up on him and do the whole potty thing all over again!
The goods and bads of parenting!

Ella has fallen back into her habit of calling out after I get her settled for quiet time. Today she called out and told me she needed covered back up (which I am working with her on recovering herself) I started to tell her she needs to try to do it herself when she goes into her long winded explanation (which had become a very common thing) at the end showing me the two "tissue beds" she made for her two mini my little ponies - Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie.
It was so adorable, her two small ponies laying next her on tissues! I smiled, hugged her, and told her how absolutely sweet she is and that I love the pony beds and it was very kind of her to make those for her ponies!
