Thinking that some appliances should talk rather than "beep" or "buzz"....
A coffee maker for example could simply say "Your coffee is ready to drink."

Ella drank a glass of water after brushing her teeth, she then sat on the potty and was waiting forever. I asked her if she had to go and she said she was waiting for the water she drank to come out.
I explained that water, just like food takes time to go through your body. Your body processes the food/water and takes the vitamins and nutrients from both the food and water and then you pee or poop out the rest....otherwise known as waste. She proceeded to ask a few questions and then said she was done.
Back to bed we go to say prayer and sing songs. I am about to sing her a song and I hear her small voice ever so quietly saying something. I asked her to repeat what she said and she says " I think the vitamins are out. I have to pee."
I giggled to myself as not to make her feel silly, but how funny!

Cooper had a great week of camp. Everyday he came home with a craft and being that it was a character camp it was perfect as one day was all about Lightening McQueen and one was a Super Hero Day.
He's going to miss his teachers he's already telling me he wants them next year!

Cooper had his the year old well check this morning. He's healthy and growing and developing perfectly. The doctor giggled numerous times at his actions and things he was saying!
I was advised to have him seen by an Allergist due to his bad allergies and that he is on Zyrtec daily. Happy with this decision as we've been asking about having him checked since he's been one!

My toaster only toasted one side of the piece of bread. Oddest thing. One side nice and toasted brown and the other side warm and breadlike.
One of life's unexpected. Maybe this is a sign of what my day has to bring, unexpected happenings.
Of course it could be the exact opposite, broken and worn down.

The dominance and control an older sibling has over the younger is almost like a brainwash effect.
Using a current situation as an example: Cooper received the Rowdy Garbage Truck Play Doh accessory for his birthday. Today is the first we've done play doh since he received it. I explained to Ella that this is a gift that Cooper received and while he'll share it another day to please let him use it today as he hasn't had a chance to use it yet. She asked him 3 times at least if she could use it, even tried to trade accessories, willingly giving up her Cinderella accessory that she received for her birthday a month ago and wouldn't let him touch! After her continual persistence and me telling her to please let him enjoy and use her listening ears or she will be done with the play doh today, Cooper willingly let her use the trash truck!
It seriously at times is as if a code word is used having the younger sibling obey and do as the older sibling demands.
Ella now sits playing with Coopers birthday gift and he is happily making Cinderella a beautiful ball gown!
