This world has too many choices.... too many stores. Thanks to the tiny people needing the bathroom we stopped here on our way to pick up the microwave being held for us in Exeter. Now we are ordering a completely different model microwave!

We are attending a birthday party for Ellas school friend (and big time crush) this Sunday. After school today we went shopping for his birthday gift. He's really into Captain America, The Avengers, Spiderman... really all the Super Heros. We were walking from the toy department to the clothing area and Ella spied Captain America underwear and asked if we could get them!!!
I tried my best not to say no way.... instead I asked if she'd be happy with underwear from a friend...she said, um no.
Easily diverted.

Silly hat & silly hair shopping. One is loving it, the other not so into it.

My children both received silly putty in their Easter Basket.... they begged and pleaded with me to try out out.
I now see why I never had silly putty as a child. What a mess!!!
Took us over 15 minutes and a half a bag of wipes to clean their hands, my counter top (where Cooper plopped his down) and the kitchen table (where Ella dragged hers all over in a desperate attempt to clean it off her hands)...... so not worth whatever fun is found in the squeezing and squishing of the stuff!
Bless those parents and individuals who buy it for their children regularly. I will make sure the Easter Bunny knows this house is not a supporter of Silly Putty!

Took the kids to SkyZone this morning as a surprise trip. Josh had the day off and we decided to surprise them as they always want me to bounce with them and they have wanted Josh to go and see the place and bounce too!
Get there, fill out the waiver/bounce paperwork and find out that adults aren't allowed to bounce during toddler time!
We were all bummed. Apparently there had been too many accidents and issues with allowing adults on the trampolines with their children... too many toddlers vs adult ratio I guess. We understand the reason but it was a let down.
