This month's Book of the Month (Ringing Rocks program) led to some great discussions which I'm thankful for! It did however open Ella's eyes to how people treat other people and how some of her classmates don't treat others kindly. So much for a Kindergartener to swallow. Society is just ugly unfortunately and for our children's safety these subjects need to be addressed at a young age.

I am beyond thrilled right now!!! The success Josh Cook and I have had with our lifestyle change has intrigued many friends, which is awesome! Many have joined us and many have expressed an interest in changing their own lifestyle soon!!!
This weekend my parents decided to join us in this incredible journey and I am beyond elated!!! Having them both want to better themselves and their lifestyle makes my heart swell with happiness!!!
Janet Renninger and Dad you are going to be so glad that you decided to do this! You'll see such a change in your health and how you feel, sleep and look you'll be amazed and so glad of the choice you made!

Ella woke up having nightmares and I spent the night on the floor of her bedroom wrapped up in much too small blankets and a cheetah stuffed animal as a pillow.
6:30am came way to early however despite my achy body from sleeping on the floor with a cheetah as a pillow I'm not dragging, I don't NEED coffee and I'm happy not cranky and miserable because of my bad nights sleep!
Thankful for the choices Josh Cook and I made in our lifestyle change! How awesome!!

I truly feel honored to have been able to see some of Nancy Reagan's memorial service today. What a wonderful women. Supportive of her husband and a first lady who opened a lot of doors for the first ladies who followed her.
May she rest on peace.

Local friends... Can anyone recommend a good reliable company that power washes? Looking to have spring degunking done!!!
