Awesome is when you purchase yourself a few shirts (since some of your current ones are just baggy and awful looking) and size SMALL is the hanger you need!
I haven't worn size small since my 20s!
Yeah, again so worth it!! So darn worth it!! I can't express enough times how I wish I wouldn't have waited two years to make this change/decision.
So many tell me it's the cost. I think about what is spent on food weekly and while our family isn't unhealthy I know I wasn't getting the nutrition I needed. The feeling of healthy outweighs and dollar amount. And if you make the commitment ti change your lifestyle the cost doesn't have to be long term! So happy with my journey!

Tell Cooper he can wear pajamas to school = Cooper getting himself up and getting himself dressed without any haggling, demanding, reminding, asking or him whining about having to do it!
Can we make this a daily thing???

Volunteering at Ella's school today and witnessing first hand people asking me if I've lost weight and how fabulous I look is an incredible feeling!
Knowing I started this journey not planning to lose weight just planning to gain energy & sleep and better my health is a fabulous feeling to be feeling and looking as great as I am!
I am still so shocked at just how easy a lifestyle change this has been!
It's the kind of change and feeling that I can't help but want to share with my friends and family and have them join in the awesomeness!!!

I am so behind.... Usually I have the children's Easter Baskets done by now... Not this year!!!
However, I just stocked up on a few fun items from Tuesday Morning which is a good start!!
