- Take I-76 – the Schuylkill – West to King of Prussia
- Take Route 202 South to Route 422 West to the Limerick Exit
- At the end of the exit, turn right on Lewis Road

Coming from the West of Pottstown
- Take Route 422 East to the Limerick Exit
- At the end of the exit, turn Left on Lewis Road
- Follow the Directions from Limerick Exit” directions
Coming from the Pennsylvania Turnpike
- Take the PA Turnpike towards King of Prussia to Exit 326
- Take Route 202 South to Route 422 West to the Limerick Exit
- At the end of the exit, turn right on Lewis Road
- Follow the Directions from Limerick Exit directions
Coming from the North or South of Pottstown
- Take Route 100 towards Pottstown
- Take Route 422 East to the Limerick Exit
- At the end of the exit, turn Left of Lewis Road
- Follow the Directions from Limerick Exit directions
Directions from the Limerick Exit
- Continue north on Lewis Road until it ends at Ridge Pike
- Turn right onto Ridge Pike
- At the next intersection, turn left onto Swamp Pike
- Turn right onto Fagleysville Road (approximately 3.9 miles)
- The entrance to Bella Vista Golf Course and La Massaria is approximately one quarter of a mile on the left
