Pottsgrove 2 hour delay for tomorrow 1/5/2018

Home from CHOP. Ella is on amoxicillin for strep for another 10 days. Basically starting over as if she was never on the other meds. Also had blood work done to make sure nothing else is going on. She was a real trooper, so so proud of her. I'm happy to report she ate a slice of toast and a yogurt before taking her first dose of meds, which is huge!!! She's eaten nothing over the last 3 days. She weighed 57 pounds on Saturday and today weighed in at 54. Poor thing. Please continue to pray for both Ella and Cooper and that they are healthy and back to themselves soon.

Headed out on the roads in a few minutes to take Ella to CHOP and praying that whatever is causing her to feel this way can be determined and she starts to feel better.

Ella is home sick again today as the meds she was put on when she saw the doctor on Saturday at Patient First are really doing a# on her stomach. As soon as she takes the meds her stomach starts to hurt. She has no appetite and is like a slug. In the mornings getting her up out of bed is nearly impossible and getting her to eat is an even bigger struggle. Since Monday we've been struggling to get her to take the meds with ease and today I called the doctor and told them I'm not giving her the remainder. Of course they have no more appointment availability today so I have an appointment scheduled for her tomorrow afternoon. Praying for no snow!!! Praying for answers and for healthy kiddos!

One kiddos off to school, one kiddo home sick. Happy Tuesday.
