Not in the best of moods today as my EYE is so achey. Josh sent me a text msg. asking me how I'm feeling. After I told him that I'm cranky because of my achey eye, he called me Mommy the Cranky Crane. Woohoo I'm a new character on Thomas the Train!

Ella asked me to wear the crown she made on Monday for Silly Hat Day. She looked at me and said "hhhmmm no magic, that is because your head is too big!" Yep, that's probably it sweetheart!

That good old saying of God not giving you more than you can handle....he's really trying my body with how long it can withstand being sick. I now have pink eye. I have been sick since early March....cold, sore throat, clogged ear...now my EYE is taking a turn. Prayers that I can somehow manage to not infect the children.

The Series Finale of "How I Met Your Mother" is waiting on my DVR..I can't bring myself to watch it as then I know it's over. As quirky & silly of a show as it was, it still brought Josh Cook and I many laughs.... Ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba ,ba, ba, ba, ba!

Mission today: crafting silly hats for silly hat and hair day at school tomorrow. Hope they turn out well! Ella is excited and knowing her she'll treasure it forever....Coop will care less and won't wear his!

My sweet Ella threw up all over the bathroom floor tonight right before bed. Here's hoping it's once and done. Hate having sick children, as a parent you just feel helpless as you can't take that awful feeling away from them.

Josh walked in the door this evening after work with 39 pink and white helium balloons, one of which says "it's a girl!" I was rather perplexed at why he had pink and white balloons announcing that it's a girl. Did I miss something???? Here it was a joke from the guys at work as Josh has been talking a lot about the princesses etc. As his 3, almost 4 year old lives for the princesses...they said he's turning girly. Now my house is filled with the things, the kids love them and so do my ceilings (9 feet throughout except for entryway which is open two story) Yep thanks guys! Joke for Josh, nightmare for me...oh yeah and our dog hates balloons!
