She picked!!! Birthday Dinner!

My children have to be the only children on the planet who get upset when I wait around after a PTA function to bring them home from school. They literally get mad that we don't sit in the van and watch for their friends to come out of the building. Today I told them I'm not doing it anymore. If they'd rather sit and watch their friends come out of the building then they can stay and be with their friends and ride the bus home. I'll happily go home and get 45 minutes to myself. Happily!

Happy Birthday Ella... Not only does your teacher give you ear pulls, she'll also take care of wiggly teeth! Best Teacher Ever!!!

Ella opened her gifts before school... She was so thankful and continued to say how much she's loved each thing!!

Happy 7th Birthday Sweet Ella! I can not believe you are 7 years old already.. at times it feels like yesterday you were only a baby! You are an amazing young lady so full of energy and so compassionate. Your strong willed ways, while hard to deal with at times, make you YOU... And I love you from the tips of your toes to the top of the wild head of hair! 7 years of you being my daughter and I've loved every moment. I'm not gonna lie, I miss the days of you being a baby.. but the years in between have been fabulous! Never stop dreaming and reaching for the stars!

Cooper brought this book home that they worked on in school today. He read it to me and the last page said... An insect has an exoskeleton. Cooper read it as "An insect has an exfinity." Guess he hears that work frequently. Ha!
