Two Cute Statements

Two cute morning statements:

1. Ella told me the Cooper is her Prince!

2. Cooper called our lawn mower “The PoPop Machine” 🙂

Happy Saturday!!!

He Wants the Potty!

0

Cooper wanted to sit on the potty before bed tonight. We sat him down and he wouldn’t sit still so off Daddy took him to his room to get dressed for bed.
As I’m in with Ella reading her a bedtime story I hear this commotion which turns out to be Cooper and Daddy in the bathroom!
Here Cooper wouldn’t calm down when Josh was trying to get him changed for bed and wanted to sit on the potty. Sure enough the kid went!!!!! Way to go Coop!!!

Coop’s Version of Hide and Seek

0

Cooper loves to play hide and seek. Instead of him doing the hiding, he hides his juice cup and makes everyone search for it.
Found it in the bath toy bin this time!
Funny kid!

Push That Chair In!

Ella made herself a pb sandwich for breakfast. She got down from the table and we went upstairs to get Coop up….came back downstairs and it turns out she made Ebony a pb sandwich because her sandwich was gone and all that was left of her breakfast was the napkin on the floor!
We have to work better at pushing our chairs in!!!!

The Realness Of Children’s TV

0

Watching Pup Patrol with the children tonight before they went to bed, I hear Josh mumble really loud “oh come on!!!”
He then laughs at himself and says to me….”I’m ok with the dog’s doghouses turning into cars, but I have a problem with the guys 4 wheeler changing in to a boat!?!”
I in turn remind him that it is a children’s show….and it surprises me that he had issues with this when he’s ok with “Bucky”, Jake’s ship on Jake and the Neverland Pirates, who steers himself!!!!
We had a good laugh on and off for a few minutes.
We watch these shows nightly with our children and while often far fetched and unbelievable they love the time as a family!
Josh and I find humor in it too which is an added bonus 🙂
Love you honey!!!

Oh Too Soon It Will Be My Two

0

Hearing the school buses outside this morning made me realize that in two short years Ella will be one of those children…and in three it’ll be my baby boy Coop!
Oh how time flies by in a blink of an eye!

Something to look at

0

My daughter is a nut….after peeing on the potty she asked for me to hold her up so her butt could look in the mirror.
Excuse me, can you repeat that?!?!
Yes she wanted her bare butt to look in the mirror. I told her that her butt doesn’t have eyes. Here she just wanted to see what her butt looks like.
Funny…never a dull moment with her!
