I left my wallet sit on a stack of paper towels today right before exiting Giant. Realized this after only 5 minutes, if that. Went back in and it was gone! After canceling all our credit cards and debit card...we received an email from Citizens Bank that they had my wallet.
What a blessing.
The children sat so nicely in the van while we called all the credit card companies and debit card company. Ella even told me that maybe a bird would find my wallet and bring it to our house in Pottstown...again innocence of a child.

It's funny how when you become a parent you learn to tolerate things you never thought you'd tolerate. Listening to toys sing their silly little songs over and over again to the point you sing them in your sleep is one of those things you do as a parent.
Putting songs on repeat while in the car is another thing you do as a parent. Last year we listened to Jingle Bells for a good 3 months straight. The day we changed the cd and moved on to another song I danced in my seat!!! This year "Must Be Santa" was put on repeat today. How many months will this last?? Another thing you do as a parent....yeah I am already finding myself singing the song over and over in my head and humming it to myself when the children aren't around.
The little things we never thought came with parenthood are some of the memories that will stick with us the most!

Cooper received a bunch of new books from Santa. Tonight when I asked what story he'd like me to read him before bed he replied "A book Ho Ho brought me!" Hearing him speak in phases and sentences melts my heart as he struggled for so long with his words and being able to communicate clearly to us. So proud of him!

Ella called her "My My" before being able to say her name correctly. ...Cooper calls her "Beb"
The poor dog gets so confused. My name is Ebony..but no matter what you call me, I feel the love!

Oh yes...we have hit our max...tired cranky children in full force.
Cooper made bad choices and lost his brand new train table that Santa brought him yesterday!
Ella is in the car crying and upset because she wants to be happy but can't stop crying. She continues to cry "I want to be happy!" Josh and I tell her to be happy and she says"I can't stop crying!"
Naps are a must today!
