Sorting the children's piggy bank money and seeing how "loaded" they are! Wowza wowza wowza!!! Proud of them both for agreeing to spend a little of it and save the rest!! Teaching them young the worth of each coin and how saving it will benefit in the future!

The past two days I have been focusing my thoughts and energy on a subject that quite honestly takes from my happiness, disturbs my mood and TODAY I came across this image.... I am in Charge and I am choosing to be HAPPY!
My life is as I make it! I am in a place in my life that I got to because of the choices I made. Some may be jealous or upset or don't agree with the lifestyle I made but that shouldn't make a difference on how I continue to live my life!
We all are given the opportunity to live our life as we want. Make the choices and decisions we feel are best for us and our family. No reason to be jealous of others if you are happy with your life and your choices.
I love my life, my family, my friends and my choices for a healthy lifestyle!!! I deserve to be happy, we all do!!! Do what it takes TODAY to get to that happiness!!!

Seeing Cooper in all this pain is heartbreaking. After his first dose of pink meds, drops for the ruptured ear drum and Motrin for the pain he is attempting to enjoy a grape popcicle!
I know he's in pain as he fell asleep on our drive home from Target which NEVER happens!
Prayers that he feels better soon and the ruptured ear drum heals quickly.

Received a msg out of the blue from a friend who started the nutritional program I introduced her to stating after 9 days on the program she is down 6 pounds and feeling fabulous and already needs to have her pants taken in!! I can't help but feel extactic for her! Extactic that she said YES and in only 9 days has transformed herself and is excited about it!
Living my own happiness daily with the results I am experiencing as my body transforms back into the body I had years ago is one awesome thing... Having a friend message you and tell you how happy she is and can't wait to see what the rest of the month brings is beyond awesome!
Happiness and Health in numbers.. We work together and support each other! And for those who have said YES and are on this phenomenal journey I am glad you are with me and I am so proud of you!!!

Awesome is when you purchase yourself a few shirts (since some of your current ones are just baggy and awful looking) and size SMALL is the hanger you need!
I haven't worn size small since my 20s!
Yeah, again so worth it!! So darn worth it!! I can't express enough times how I wish I wouldn't have waited two years to make this change/decision.
So many tell me it's the cost. I think about what is spent on food weekly and while our family isn't unhealthy I know I wasn't getting the nutrition I needed. The feeling of healthy outweighs and dollar amount. And if you make the commitment ti change your lifestyle the cost doesn't have to be long term! So happy with my journey!

Tell Cooper he can wear pajamas to school = Cooper getting himself up and getting himself dressed without any haggling, demanding, reminding, asking or him whining about having to do it!
Can we make this a daily thing???
