My friend and nutrition co-hort who took the plunge less than a month ago shared this incredible news with me and l wanted to share... I wanted to share with you about my progress. I think I told you I have been a migraine/ headache sufferer since the age of 14. I have had almost daily headaches since this age. I am currently 34. I have been to numerous Dr.s and they could never figure out why. I was even on preventative meds. At one point that didn't work. After starting this program I had a dull headache for approx. 1 week after that headache free!!! Thank you! Amazing... This program is not a joke and has helped many with not only weight loss but other health issues. Headaches, migraines, diabetes, joint pain, thyroid, arthritis to name a few!! I am so happy of this friends success and relief in such a short time frame, it's awesome!!

Checking out at 5 & Below the girl at the register was commenting on the children on my credit card (Yes, Ella & Cooper. Yes, this is something our credit card does) I told her that the picture was old but those are my children. She then asked how old they are. I told her and she said wow you don't look old enough to have children. I would have guessed 24 at the oldest!!! Bless her heart!!! When I told her my age her eyes popped out of her head and said -- wow whatever you are doing keep it up!!! Now I'll say this, I think I do appear young looking and often times people can't believe I'm in my late 30s... However changing my lifestyle has helped with so much more than weight loss it's helped my skin too! Feeling absolutely incredible - rather youthful, 24 to be exact!!

Legos... Not my thing. Especially when they aren't put away properly. Now it's a search and find for the pieces needed. Sign of not being responsible enough for Legos. :/

I'm so excited as today my parents are starting the awesome nutrition program Josh and I have been using for close to 3 months! I'm excited to see and witness their transformation as they are two of the most special people in my life! To have them trust and believe in what they've witnessed in me and other family members and decide to give it a shot makes my heart burst with JOY! I am so proud of you both and know you'll feel so much better!!!

We attended a birthday party at Chuckie Cheeses today and both children used tokens to get their pictures taken and put on plastic cards (resemble credit cards) - each came home with at least 4 of them. At dinner tonight they asked if they could pay for dinner. So when the waitress brought our check I told her they were going to be paying tonight (could she play along I whispered) they both handed her their plastic cards and she said I'll be right back. She returned to the table with two pretend recipes and we instructed Ella and Coop to sign their names on the receipt. They both did. Josh then paid the real bill. When we got in there car we both thanked them for buying dinner and they both went to bed tonight thinking they treated us to dinner with their credit cards. These are the moments that I cherish. The moments when they feel they've done something grown-up and know we are proud of them. It doesn't take a plastic card to make me proud... They are phenomenal children, we are lucky!
