Coopers "non" homework assignment this evening was to draw a picture of a winter scene and label the picture.
Coopers labeling has consisted of him sounding out the first letter of each word and being done. I pushed him today and told him to try and sound the whole word out. To take his time and try to get each letter.
He successfully spelled snowman without my help and only had 1 letter wrong in the word rainbow.
He's an awesome speller when he takes his time and really tries!!

This is a page turner.... I've owned it for years just never read it. My brother saw the movie and said he was shocked by how good it was. Decided it was time and now I'm asking myself WHY I waited so long to read it!!

Driving to gymnastics the children were listening to Blake Sheltons - God Gave Me You.
Cooper started singing "God gave me Bella" (a little girl on his bus who he's become friends with and says he's gonna marry someday - yet still live at home)
Ella was singing "God gave me Gavin & Chance and then added that she could add Drew and Nathan... Good grief, she's gonna drive me to an early grave with all these boys!
