Cuddled up with my Ella watching Decendents 2 and Ella asked me who I'd dress up as for Halloween if I had a choice. She rambled off a slue of Decendents characters and the Fairy God Mother... I said I guess the Fairy God Mother. She looked up at me and said
"cause your old"
Gulp. Wow. Speechless.
She quickly added. I'm teasing Mommy. I'm only kidding.

Somehow when they were loud all summer it bothered me... However I think this bothers me more. :(

Summer 2017 is in the books.
I must say as I helped the kiddos get ready for bed (yes, earlier than normal) I feel sad. This summer was one of the best we've had. Summer Daily List, library trips, Summer Playground Tour, outings with friends, family get togethers, VBS, swimming, Ninja Zone and vacation to MB... We kept busy and had a lot of fun together.
All good things must come to an end, including our summer. We had our horrible moments but all in all it was one fabulous summer. I wish them both a fabulous school year. They both have incredible teachers and both have the mindset of wanting to learn and know more... I know they will succeed and do great things this year!
Happy School Year 2017/18!!

After over 12 hours in the car we decided on dinner. Yes, 2 miles from home.. But somewhere we all enjoy!
Traffic was Horrible.. Horrible.. Horrible...
I'm so glad we left at 6:56am. Otherwise we'd still be trecking up 95.

We just returned from the pool. The kids were getting loud on our walk back so Josh Cook told them to walk quietly. A few moments later Cooper was behind us taking his good old time... Josh told him to hurry it up.
He said... But Daddy you told us to walk quietly so I'm trying not to make my flip flops squeak.
Oh Coop.
