What is an easy way to teach a child to tie their shoes? What has worked for you?
I started working with Ella when she wears her sneakers and wow is it challenging!!
Any tips that worked for you other parents I'll gladly take!

Watching Shark Tank. Josh looked at the TV and asked... How old is this?? To which I replied.... Old, look it's before HD ( as it shrunk on the screen with black strips on each side of the screen).
I press info totally expecting a date from eons ago. 2009 - wow.

Cooper has a friend over today to play. It is so funny hearing them converse. His friend is checking everything out and loves Ella's toys!! The best is hearing them upstairs in Coopers room saying their alphabet and looking through books. Totally wasnt expecting two boys to sit and look at books.
They are happy and having fun!!!

I was in the middle of folding laundry when I stopped mid-fold because I "heard" bells. I asked Ella and Coop if they heard the bells. Last year our Elf Barrington left on a train in the middle of the night (all claim they heard the bells of the train)... So when I claimed I heard bells they perked up and ran to the front door looking for Barrington calling his name.
They now have their jingle bells and are playing jingle bells, wearing reindeer hats and dancing around the house in hopes their festiveness will bring him!!!
The spirit and believing is precious! Cherish these years!
