While fall is beautiful, leaves all over the yard and having to play an awful version of seek and find (dog poop) isn't fun.
I just raked and I guarantee when I let the dog out next a million leaves will have fallen all over where I just raked.
Not so smart moving into the woods...

Tonight when I took Coop to bed I read him Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See, per his request. The second time through he pointed to the words as I read each page. He also told me what the next animal was after I said the color. Ex: I see a purple...and he'd say cat.
This boy amazes me more and more. Love ya Bubs!

Locked out of my van, at my parents. Waiting for Josh to come with my spare set of car keys.
At least it is a beautiful day and the children are enjoying the sunshine and their bikes!

While I think I may be permanently wedged in between the two car seats and won't be able to get out of the van...I am happy to say...We are in PA!

So far in my 3 plus years of Motherhood, with the traveling we have experienced with our children, I have learned it hasn't gotten easier.
I started out thinking traveling with a 3 month old to Myrtle Beach, SC was difficult. Having to stop for scheduled feedings was too much for this new Mom, but it had to be done.
Now with one out of diapers, and the newness of going on potties that flush on their own, are different sizes etc. It bares at times to be easier to just go on the potty in the van only after checking out the potty within the establishment first. Also declaring every 20 minutes or so that you have to pee, while adorable, it also grows to be a question of --do you really need to go or are you just afraid of having an accident in your car seat? Either way, as a parent I must go with what makes her comfortable at this early stage of potty life.
Then throw in the throwing up of a 2 year old who isn't potty trained yet and needs his diaper changed but has expressed interest in sitting on the travel potty and you have yourself a whole other fun adventure in parenting!!!
I love to travel,I love my children, and while this adventure has been long, exhausting, and not really a vacation for me it's worth every second!
