The past 3 days I've exercised with the children. It's been great and Ella especially is loving doing it with me.
At times I want to stop but having a 5 year old next to me pushes me as I don't want to demonstrate the characteristics of a quiter. So I push through and force the pain out of my mind.
I honestly thought that it may work better to do this once they are back in school but with them around I won't quit, when it's just me I will stop early or take shortcuts. It's amazing how much of a "can do/don't quit" attitude these kiddos give!!
Bad dog breath in my face while accomplishing the exercises is enough to make me quit without question however.
