Clean up, Clean up… everybody clean up.
Family, Our Lima AKA Ella Mae, Our Peanut AKA Cooper Joshua 0I’ve been told to not pick up after my children…let them play and pick up their toys before naps and bed.
I’ve been working real hard at not constantly picking up their toys….today Cooper had blocks out….I let them lay even though it drove me nuts as I was afraid someone would fall on them and get hurt…maybe even me….sure enough Cooper fell and hit his cheek on the blocks and now has a big purple mark on his cheek.
Sometimes I just shouldn’t listen to others. Others see it as me driving myself crazy, I see it as me preventing many unnecessary injuries!

Cooper had his hands crossed.Ella looks at him and says:
That’s my God Is Great song (ment prayer) Cooper.
She then gets up, goes over to him and they both start walking in circles, hands folded while she says the prayer over and over.

Watching Josh say bye to the children each morning saddens me as he doesn’t get all the special moments and happenings of every day of their lives. However he receives something I rarely do, he receives big HELLOS and GOODBYES with waves and hugs!
Without question, I’ll stay in my shoes but it must be an awesome feeling to receive those moments everyday!

Ella is standing in the kitchen demanding Cooper put down his toy car and hold her hand.
I explained that we can’t always get what we want and need to respect others choices even if they aren’t what we’d like. She asked him again and the bugger put the car down and did as she asked.
Wow she has some influence over him!

At lunch Ella asked Cooper how his boo boo is. She then said it looks like a grasshopper!!!!
