Cooper and I were cuddling on the couch and he leans up and puts his head on my chest. He tells me he is listening for my heartbeat. I ask if he hears it. He said "yep it's working!" Thank goodness. That's a good thing.

Last evening Josh Cook & myself attended a Introductory Meeting in Oaks, PA about the nutritional program we've been using. Some friends joined us to get the scoop on the product, hear others testimonies (including Josh and mine) and learning how changing your lifestyle can result in many opportunities including residual income! It was a fascinating evening and I walked away even more happy with the choice Josh and I made in committing to better health and helping others achieve that beautiful gift!
