Ella is in love with the dollar section socks from Target…..She is currently wearing Dora, Cinderella and Tiana on her feet. 3 different pairs all at once. If it makes her happy!!!
Ella was playing with Coopers toy work bench…it comes with a screw driver, hammer and a saw.
She comes up to me and says: I need to screw you in Mommy.
I nearly lost it.
She then gets the hammer and says: I need to bang you.
Again nearly lost it.
Innocence at its best!
Cooper had about 10 cars taken from him today for not listening when cleaning up. Typically the kids lose a toy for the number of years old they are, but since we are moving in a little over a week I’ve decided that they lose the toy until after the move.
The bag of cars was laying next to the steps and when Josh took Cooper, whose ears must be clogged, to bed he said: And there are your car’s Coop, in the junk yard. I couldn’t help but laugh.
Its official, over the weekend Cooper learned to hit back. Parenthood just advanced to another level. This game is the hardest game ever played…I don’t think I’ll ever figure it out!
Ella rode her scooter on the road today at my parents house. I don’t think I’ve seen a smile as big as she had today!
Blessed to have parents who live on a road still as it was when I was young…safe enough to ride bikes on, take walks on and even play on…while there is traffic, it is nothing compared to a lot of neighborhoods around. Glad my children are able to have the experience of riding scooter, bikes etc.in a neighborhood setting that I feel comfortable with.
