Cooper had his 2 Year Checkup this morning. He weighs 28lbs 10.6ozs. and is 2′ 10.5″ in height. He is healthy and happy. The doctor put in a perscription for hydrocortisone as Coop has a really bad dry spot in the back of his right knee. Its been there for a couple weeks and comes and goes. The dry skin lotion we’ve been using on him hasn’t been working. Hopefully this solves the problem..if not I need to take him back for blood work as it could then be something else although he doesn’t show signs of it being anything else.

A successful night putting Coop to bed. Coaching him and talking to him about going to bed, about not screaming and yelling and how he’s a big boy sleeping in his bed seems to really help him.
He is sleeping on the floor but I know in time he’ll move up to his bed…kids sometimes are reluctant of the bed without the one side being there.
I am now hoping for a good night’s sleep!

Ella learned God Is Great prayer at school this year. She has been teaching Coop to fold his hands….I think he’s got it!

Coop went down for his nap without any screaming! He’s either really exhausted our were getting somewhere with his new bedroom setup!

Im in the bathroom…and I hear the fridge door open…I come out to find Ella sitting at the table with 3 string cheeses!
She looks at me and says: I got one for each of us.
She’s reached the age of getting her own snack.

I was cleaning up the kitchen floor and went to get a dust pan to collect my pile of dirt. I come back to find the dirt gone and wet tongue marks in the spot of my dirt pile.
No need for a dust pan or a dirt devil when you have a dirt eating dog. :/
