Had my first morning of alone time in 3 years!! After dropping Ella and Coop at school I enjoyed my music in the van and then enjoyed breakfast and coffee with my Mom at her house! Felt so strange actually having a conversation and not being interrupted every 30 seconds!
As my Mom said to me this morning…this is the beginning…
My Babies will always be my babies, but they are students now and have both spread their wings and started to fly!

My poor Cooper….he has an ear infection in his left ear…amoxicillin=10 days. After 2 years of suffering he has been put on Zyrtec for allergies. And while at the doctor he was having problems breathing so he was given a breathing treatment, similar to an inhaler. The oxygen levels in his blood were low so they were hoping this would bring those levels back up. We have a breathing machine that I need to use for the next two days every 4 hours. If he shows signs of difficulty breathing or can’t make it 4 hours without trouble breathing we need to go to the emergency room.
Prayers for my little boy…he’s a strong kid and I know that all the meds will help him, but as his Mommy I don’t like that he isn’t 100%!!
He hasn’t been labeled as a asthmatic…this could all stem from allergies and cold symptoms he’s experiencing.

Headed to the doctor with my Bubby....he's tugging at his ears. Please don't make this be an ear infection.

Feeling lucky, blessed and fortunate to have my family and friends. God Bless all those who serve and protect our wonderful nation! Words can never express the gratitude and thanks so many take for granted.
12 years ago our nation took a major hit and while it may not have affected us all at a level of losing someone close to us. It did affect all of us in some manner because we are one nation and together we stand strong.
We will never forget.

Tonight while I was cleaning up dinner Josh decided to play hide and seek inside with Ella and Coop. They were the hiders and he was the seeker. They started to search for hiding spots while Josh started to count. I heard Cooper shouting out next number…he counted to 5 by himself without any help! So proud of him!
His hiding spot was the best too…he pulled the little activity table that is in our playroom right in front of Josh and then hid under it. It was as if he wanted to make sure Josh found him before Ella!

Ella is always admiring my wedding band and engagement ring. We talk about marriage and how Mommy and Daddy are married and that the rings are a symbol of our love and commitment to each other. She always says that she’ll get a ring one day.
She just got one of her play rings and gave it to me and then told me to give her one. She then said she can marry me!
She made me smile…I guess I just married my daughter! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Just received an email from the Director of Ella and Coopers Preschool.
Ella has 18 children in her class. The school asked parents to move their child if they’d like to MWF class. No one budged. The letter stated that they decided to split the class and have 2 3 year old classes. Unfortunately Ella ended up in the class with none of her girlfriends from last year. I called and spoke to the Director and she said she would see what she could do. She said classes were picked by keeping the numbers equal at 9 per class and by personality etc.
She called and told me she was able to move Ella and she’ll be with the other girls!
I know she’s only 3 and that she’ll make tons of friends in her life but me along with the other girls parents wanted our girls to stay together…they’ve become friends and talk about each other, plus have seen each other outside of school!
So happy Grace Lutheran was able to once again make me as a parent… happy!
