Cooper slept the night through..glad he got a good night's sleep. My favorite little girl and I are going to do the grocery shopping and Target run this morning and let Cooper have some Qt time with his Daddy. Hoping he feels better today!

Ella's latest thing....telling jokes. Now understand, she doesn't know any jokes so they go something like this.... What is shining above the trees? We guess a few things...the moon, stars. Josh guesses the sun. Yes Daddy you are right!!! Then she laughs hysterically. What a great joke, best I've heard in a long time and in her mind they are the funniest thing!!! We all laugh the most outrageous laughs with her because to us as parents seeing her laugh that giddy laugh makes us happy! Maybe a future comedian!

I learned that Cooper weighs 30 pounds while at Urgent Care. Compared to his sister he feels so light...never would have thought 30 pounds in weight!

The children and I had one of the worst days we've had in a long time. The morning was awful and at Quiet Time I told each of them that we were all making bad choices in the morning (including me) and when we get up from quiet time we were going to start with a clean slate. I think during quiet time the slate got even dirtier....Ella told me that I yell at her all the time. And Cooper screamed for over an hour for his Daddy. It was awful. I feel like such a failure today and I know that all days can't be perfect and we as parents aren't perfect but today I felt like I hit the all time low of being a parent. Luckily I have a fabulous husband who came home knowing what a bad day it was, he took over. Finished dinner, played with the children and put them both to bed. I have a feeling they were both happy that he took them anyways. I guess one of the downsides of being a SAHM is it doesn't give the kiddies much time to ever really miss me. In this house Daddy is missed so much and I never get to experience that. I love being with them but on days like today I sometimes think I see the greener grass...ha! Thank you Josh for loving me even when I am not at my best. Even when I try to be Mrs. FixIt :-) :-)
