Josh Cook: I wonder why they don't make wine flavored ice cream....
Josh: (20 second later) it would be horrible that's why.
Glad he came to that conclusion on his own. Dear Lord... I love wine, I love ice cream, but not together.

We are playing airport with some of the kiddos cars and airport set. Ella had her juice cup in the middle of our play area. I picked it up and relocated it and she looked at me and suggested that it could be one of the things near Costco and Chick-fil-a.... I thought a moment and realized she was referring to the power plant!
Not every child incorporates power plant chimneys into their play. :/

Being sick stinks, no one likes being sick. However being sick and still having to take care of others is just awful.
These past two days have been difficult and while I think I am slowly getting better, now poor Ella claims her stomach hurts.
The kiddos have been great with understanding I'm not feeling good. Today's been a day of a lot of tv (which isn't our norm) they've enjoyed cuddling and taking turns choosing shows.. We even played a few games on the coffee table so I could lay on the couch while they sat on their stools.
Proud of how easy going they've been with just doing nothing!
