Cooper had a Secret Valentine Shop at his school this week. He purchased for his family. Tonight on the drive to dance Ella asked if Cooper is getting anything and I explained how the Valentine Shop was like the Secret Christmas Shop was at her school and she didn't receive anything. She said that she understood but that she did receive a Christmas gift from Cooper and that she didn't think it would be fair if he didn't receive something.
So.... Off to the dollar store for her to select her brother a secret gift. :)
Her heart amazes me. At times she demonstrates such love and is such a giver!
Guess we're doing something right.

Cooper is pretending to be a doctor and I must say some of his practicing techniques are a bit odd.
Giving me a shot in my finger (seriously the thought makes me cringe), feeding me dog bones and let me not forget clipping off the end of my finger.
Ouch. I hope his other patients receive better practicing techniques.
As I write this poor Ebony is getting her checkup! He's cutting her nails!

This is so unlike me to post pictures of myself in this fashion, however I'm so excited that in only 18 days, I've dropped 10 lbs and numerous inches!!
The nutritional program that Josh Cook and I are using is fabulous! We have family members who have been using it for some time, but we both were stubborn. No other reason we didn't start sooner - just stubbornness. We heard from many how awesome this program was but we continued to think we could find everything it offers on our own. We were wrong.
After speaking to my cousin who has been on the program since September and learning how she sleeps better, has more energy than she has ever imagined and is now back in pre-pregnancy jeans (after 2 children), Josh and I were sold.
The best feeling in a long time was going to Jamaica at the end of January wearing clothing that fit loosely and realizing that my swimsuit wasn't making the return flight home as it was just too big!!
18 days and this transformation happened! I can't wait til see what another 18 days brings!
