Deck furniture (all but the chairs for the table) are out and ready for some deckin'!!!

These past few weeks I have been lax with my exercising and today when the alarm went off I jumped out of bed and reminded myself how important and key exercise are for my body! Not only does exercise help your health it gives you an overall fabulous feeling as you've done something to help yourself.
It isn't easy and my exercise routine is basic, in fact, many would probably laugh and say it isn't much of a routine... but it works for me and I see and feel what it is doing for my body.
Staying focused on the bigger picture is what keeps me motivated.
So while I derailed for a few weeks my focus is now back where it should be and it felt great!!!
It's not even 7am and my exercising for the day is in!!!

I usually don't post things about Jamberry on my own page however I wanted to extend this offer to anyone interested....
