I received a msg last evening from a good friend who has decided to join Josh and myself in our Healthy Lifestyle!
I'm so happy for her decision to jump on board and I know without question she won't regret doing this!

After a late night of Scrabble, 2 bottles of wine and 2 shots of vodka I woke up feeling incredible! NO Joke!!
Not sleepy, not hungover or miserable! 7am my feet hit the floor feeling as though that wine and vodka never happened!
Amazing huh? You can have that feeling too!!
