I just finished a book that was such a different read for me...
Memoirs of an Imaginary Friend
By: Matthew Dicks
I cried at the end, over someone imaginary. I never had an imaginary friend and to my knowledge my children didn't/don't - but this was an eye opener... Fiction yes, however a great read!

Receiving a phone call from your children's school district reporting a 2 hour delay for tomorrow morning happens... However it was 64 degrees today so it's hard to believe we just got that phone call!!!
It's unreal that we are headed into a potential 8 inch snowstorm tomorrow!!

I played a vowel sounding out game with the children in Coopers classroom this morning and was very impressed with how great the kiddos did!
I don't think I even knew what a vowel was in Kindergarten!!
