The children ate a good dinner so I gave them each a pack of fruit snacks as a treat. Ella had almost her entire bag laying out on the table…I look over at Coop, he had none left..They are all shoved in his mouth…..his way of enjoying is not by savoring each piece separately…Its by eating them all at once enjoying a “fruit salad”!

Ella talked almost the entire way home from Hershey, PA yesterday. After a fun filled day with no down time and no nap we thought for sure she’d zonk out…but we were blessed with her never ending conversation, questions and singing. About 15 minutes from home Josh had the brilliant idea to introduce the fun car game known as “The Quiet Game”!!!
After a few times of explaining we played and Ella now loves the game and keeps asking to play the new game!
Wonder how long it’ll take for her to realize it really isn’t a game, it’s a clever way to keep her quiet! Or at least attempt to!!!

Just returned from Ellas end of the year picnic…We all had a lot of fun even with the drippy rain drops!
Summer Break had officially started in the Cook household!!!!

Today is Ellas last day of her first year of school (not including the picnic on Thursday)…. How the year flew! She has grown in so many ways…the little girl I thought wouldn’t leave my side is now a little girl anxious and excited every morning to go to school and see her friends and teachers!
I truly think she is going to miss school this summer… Happy Last Day!
