Crazy Pie

4

Blend all at once in a blender: (High range – button 2)

½ Cup Bisquick
½ – ¾ Cup Sugar
2 Cups Milk
¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg
4 Eggs
¼ Cup Oleo
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
½ Cup Coconut (If Desired)

Set blender on mix and let run 5 minutes.  Bake in greased 9-inch pie tin for 45 minutes at 350 degree oven.

There are two things that would make this better.  The first, would be to add some ham to this.  The second, would be to not eat it at all.  Ha!
