9 o’clock and still hungry

3

Dinner.  Yeah, we had dinner.  We were supposed to have four-day marinated fillet mignon ((That’s aged, right?)) tonight, but we ran out of propane ((Mind you, we have two propane tanks. One would think at least one of them would be filled. Nope both are empty holding down the deck.)). Luckily we had thawed chicken in the fridge; now we just need need to figure out what to make.

Wedding Updates

On the 25th of July August Ebony turned two years old – yes, the terrible twos have started.  Continuing tradition, we held a small birthday party and as always all the guests shared birthday ice cream!

How do you name a sandwich?

1

When it comes to naming a sandwich, don’t you usually use the contents as the name? For instance, it’s a peanut butter & jelly sandwich not a wheat bread sandwich. That sounds silly! 😀 It’s odd how when people talk about an edible sandwich they name it by it’s innards, but when they talk about non-edible objects – such as cars, people and such – they name it by the matching two outside things.

Hippity Hop Bang Bang

5

This is Megan’s new phrase to describe over played club music on the radio, e.g., anything from Justin Timberlake, that Umbrella/Cinderella Song, “hey ba-by” (which sounds like “hey bay bee” real quick and almost unintelligible) and all the other music that just seems to sound exactly the same but gets played over and over and over and over again.

Depending on the song, this can also be referred to as Bang Bang Hip Hoppity.

Silly, I know. :yummy:
