Cooper has asked and sat on the potty at least 5 times today. His timing is off...either has just peed or poops after he gets off and is back in a diaper...but he's asking and willing, even pulling his pants down...this is the first step...I'm keeping fingers crossed!
His teachers told me this week how he had asked them to go potty...and have asked me to put him in pull-ups. Maybe we will break down and buy him some for who knows when that first pee will happen :-)

I was changing Coopers diaper and Ella announces that she likes Coopers penis. She then goes on to say that she is a girl and doesn't have a penis. I tell her what she does have and she repeated it although it didn't really come out correctly.

Anyone know of any easy craft using acorns? May as well make use of the plethora of them in my yard and driveway.

If I was a squirrel or any other creature who enjoys acorns I would choose my yard to live at...I have never seen so many acorns.

For awhile we were having a hard time getting Cooper to bed in the evenings.. screaming, crying & throwing fits. Lately he's been better and having him giggle after I sing his last song and say "Goodnight Mommy," is a much better way to end our day together.
