Ella and her Uncle Matt were going over the different shapes....diamond came up and Uncle Matt said "they are your best friend!"
Ella said "Elmo is my best friend!"

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
Day #28 A day we celebrate and give thanks. A day we eat an overwhelming amount of food, filling out plates and bellies to the point of feeling like we will fall into a coma.
On such a day I feel it suits for me to be thankful for the foods we each have that make us happy. Our "comfort" foods....a few of my comfort foods that I simply could not live without...peanut butter, ice cream, cherry coke and fudgie brownies! Pretty simple....:-)
Wherever you may be today whether you eat a plate piled high with Turkey and all the trimmings or stick with the foods that make you happy....have a splendid Thanksgiving!!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Day #28 A day we celebrate and are thankful...a day filled with an over load of yummy delicious foods!!!! Today I am thankful for the yummy favorites...some of mine...peanut butter, ice cream, cherry coke, good fudgie brownies. These are the items if I was stranded somewhere or even pregnant....I would want immediately on my return or after giving birth;)
Enjoy all the Turkey, stuffing, ours and sweets....but keep in mind all those "go to" yummies that keep happy!!!

I've been saying each day something I am thankful for. Been doing it 27 days and thus far I haven't found a way to be thankful for bickering. Somehow I really need to find a way to be...it is such a constant in my daily life it seems unfair that it isn't a part of my thankful list!
Screaming, hitting, yelling, not listening, saying no are also a few others that I really need to incorporate onto my list.
Sarcasm...100%!

Day #27 I am thankful for music and musicians. I believe music defines us as people. I love music and my tastes vary depending on my mood and age, ha!
Ella and Cooper at the young ages of 2 & 3 already express such a love for music....some probably influenced by me and others learned in school and on Sundays at Sunday School.
Having Ella walk around the house singing "Joshua Fought The Battle Of Jerico" makes me smile.
Music is a wonderful blessing and gift. For all those who play, write, sing or teach music of any kind..bless you and continue to do the hard work you do as it touches so many in ways you may never truly know.

Day #27 I am thankful for tv and all the educational children's shows. While we aren't a household of couch potatoes it is nice to have tv to turn on when I'm having a "sick day" or the children are under the weather.
I do honestly believe the tv is a great way to help teach children. Ella learned how to count in Spanish and learned some Spanish words watching Dora...before turning 3!!!!
