I can't believe I never posted anything about Coopers love for beach balls....this kid thinks any ball is a beach ball. He even calls Parma cheese, beach balls because of the small balls it sometimes is in.
Tonight the children are having leftovers for dinner. I asked Coop if he'd like pasta and he said "with beach balls".....guess I'll start calling it pasta with beach balls!

After a busy weekend..both kiddies woke up demonstrating a major case of suction cup syndrome. I'm playing the role of the window.
We are relaxing watching The Princess and the Frog and playing some games!

Figuring out a menu for the upcoming two weeks is such a dreadful process to me. It's done and behind us for another two weeks...but... something about figuring out what to have, what day to have what on, trying not to have too much chicken or pasta etc., what ingredients are needed..then what do we have here in the house and what is needed. Oh it's just such a process. It's a process that a beer, wine or vodka tonic accompanies me on each and every time. Now we just have to do the shopping, that is another adventure in itself!

I attempted to make pizza dough twice. Both times I failed successfully. The stuff wouldn't rise. Is it possible that yeast goes bad before the expiration date??
Needless to say, we are ordering out!
