My daughter must think I live to watch the weather. I have told her so many times that when the weather is on it's "the part I want to see".. so on days like these when weather is on non-stop she is continuously telling me I am missing the weather. It is so adorable that she wants to make sure I see the one thing that I "live" for!

I saw a Barbie commercial featuring Barbie and her pet dog. When she feeds the dog it poops, literally brown pieces of plastic come out of the rear end of the toy! It also comes with a pooper scooper to pick up the dog poop! I'm not sure how I feel about this toy.

The time leading up to a vacation should be exciting, not nail biting.

I colored my hair this afternoon while the kiddies were napping. First time I have done any sort of color to my hair since finding out I was expecting Ella. So it's been awhile.... Getting Coop ready for bed he looks ever so closely at my hair examining it, then looking at my face, then back at my hair.....and he says "your hair different".... I said "it is Bubs!" He said "its red". An observant one he may be, he will make one gal very happy some day :-)

I just witnessed a horrible move by a parent. I was looking out our front window and the school bus was dropping the elementary school children off up the street. I hear a honk of a horn and a car that is in front of our house is honking at their child who just got off the bus. The child sees the car and runs down the middle of the street rather than safely cross the street to the other side. Understood, no traffic is moving as the bus had everyone stopped..but still this seemed a little unreasonable as a parent. Honking a horn, drawing your child's attention and having them run down the street rather than wait until the child was safely across the street on the sidewalk and you could drive to them, once traffic started to move again. Some people are just idiots I presume.

While Cooper has had more accidents today then in the first 3 days of wearing underwear, he seems like he may slowly be putting things together. I think the accidents are getting him understand that he needs to ask to sit before he pees in his underwear. Two of the times he told me he had to pee but till we got him onto the potty, he had already wet himself. The 3rd accident he peed and I sat him on the potty and he then pooped. He has been successful with pooping on the potty, which I have been informed by many that is sometimes the hardest part and takes awhile. He's doing very well with it all and is a real trooper!
