Ella just asked Cooper to clean up his toys..he looked at her and said ok. The kid cleaned up all his stuff. I don't get it.

It was only a matter of time...with children and husband being sick. I knew I couldn't dodge being sick forever. Head cold and throat. Looks like home for a few hours of rest after taking kiddos to school. Happy Friday!!

I was asked if I'd print the name tags for the upcoming Women's breakfast at my church, being held this Saturday. I accepted this task. Josh pretty much did the whole thing all I have to do is seperate the names from the sheet of 8 so they can be laid out on tables alphabetically at the sign in area. I have yet to decide if I like the Avery 5395 name badges. The perforation is a great idea but not overly easy to pop each label out quickly. Of course I could have hand written them which wouldn't been that quick either.

Sitting on the deck these past few late afternoons has been so enjoyable. Bummed that in a little over a month it will be too chilly & dark to sit out with the kiddos. Only 7 months till beautiful mild deck weather.

The children and I are enjoying the deck and the sandbox. They wanted me to add more sand to the box. I told them that we would soon be cleaning the box up and getting it ready for the winter and the rocks we use in it in the basement. Ella heard winter and said "yeah and I get to wear winter dresses." Goodness gracious this girl. I looked at her and said "yep winter dresses and then you'll want to wear summer ones!" We'll just call her "Backwards Season Girl"

We were driving to school this morning looking out the windows and both children were mentioning things we passed. This is normal especially on the everyday traveled roads. Ella and I were both puzzled when Coop announced to look at the seahorse. We both pretty much in unison said we didn't see a seahorse. Coop told us to look up in the clouds. Low and behold the clouds were in a shape of what appeared to be a seahorse!!! What a great eye to spot a seahorse in the clouds!!! He is a unique boy and while he notices the everyday BK, golf carts and The Y, his attention is attracted to the sky and the images clouds create!

We have on Curious George. He's a monkey and I guess monkeys can be easily trained and taught. I think I need to hire The Man With The Yellow Hat to come and teach my children some things as he obviously has some kind of super power that enables him to have the patience of a saint and his student always seen to have things mastered, under control, fixed or is successful in whatever it was that had him puzzled/perplexed in less that 15 minutes.
