In a little over an hour we are headed to Ellas first concert! Can’t wait to see her sing the songs she’s been practicing with her teachers and friends!
Knowing Ella she will stand there awkwardly, looking around and not sing, but it will still be great to see!

I just went into Ellas bedroom to get her up from napping.
She said to me….can I ask you a question?
I replied….Yes.
She started talking about going in my car, with Cooper to preschool, then we’d come home.
I asked her….what is your question?
She replied…I don’t know.
I laughed out loud.
Classic.
Ella just told me that she likes to help people. That made me smile and warms my heart. I hope that sticks with her…I could see her as a nurse with her big heart and always taking care of her babies, cars, brother etc. She is very nurturing and loving!
Ella had one of her Daddy’s measuring tapes that she found upstairs in a desk drawer. Cooper was crying and throwing a fit. She looked up at Josh and then me a bit later and told us she was measuring how long Coopers cries were.
So funny!!!!
This morning Ella told me she wanted to sing a song she sings in music class….I asked her to try and sing it and maybe I could help her (since I have noises what songs she sings in music class) she starts singing….Doe a deer a female deer…and sang almost the entire thing!!!! I had no idea she knew that song.
Once again AMAZED!
We bought Ella a Fairy Scooter from a local consignment shop yesterday. She has been enjoying scooting it around our garage and today she bought a helmet and bell with birthday money she received last year from her Grandparents. She is so proud and while she wasn’t overly willing to wear the helmet because she says it scares her she did by the end of the day today put it on her head. As Dora would say: Helmets so we can be safe!
Today I had my first milkshake! Mommy and Daddy took me to Ikea with them on a special “Ella Outing” and on the way we stopped for milkshakes and fries at Dairy Queen. Mommy and Daddy told me how yummy they were and I do agree they are good. I had strawberry like Mommy with whipped cream on top. I would have one again but think I prefer good olde ice cream over milkshakes.
