Our Balance Beam!

We made a homemade balance beam while at MoMom and PoPop’s house over the weekend. The kids loved it… sometimes it’s the household items that are enjoyed beyond measure!

Our Eagles Have Landed..

Once again we set ourselves up for a let down. Yesterday the Eagles faced off against the Arizona Cardinals. Tuning into the game we had our heads held high, I mean after all we played the 1st ranked team last week and won, so we shouldn’t have a problem getting past the Cardinals. As you probably already have guessed or know, we did have a problem and once again our heads are drooped and we have to sit through another Superbowl as spectators choosing between the Pittsburgh Steelers or the Arizona Cardinals – who would you choose?

Hand & Foot Results for 2007

The first time Megan brought me to her parent’s house for dinner, we ended up playing a game called Hand & Foot afterwards. A rather simple card game once learned, it involves patience, team-work and good-old luck. While I won’t bore you with the details of how to play the game here ((Megan and I have purchased a special domain name just for this purpose, we just haven’t got around to building it yet)), I would like to share with you the final results for the year 2007.

Hand & Foot Withdrawal

Well, this now makes the passing of two normally scheduled Hand & Foot tournaments.  Even though Megs and I won by forfeit (hey, they never even showed up!), we really miss the beating our opponents…

Guess we’ll watch the last six episodes of season two from LOST.  Yay!
