Ella visited the dentist for the second time! She did a fabulous job. The first time she visited was in April of 2012. She was almost 2. She cried and was very scared of what was going on and would not open her mouth. What a difference 6 months make. Ella sat in the dentist chair by herself and opened her mouth wide. They cleaned her teeth, counted them and then gave her fluoride! She did want to sit on Mommy’s lap when they cleaned and flossed her teeth but when the doctor came to look at her teeth she sat proudly by herself. Such a big girl!
Since Ella did a phenomenal job she received a bracelet 🙂 We were told to continue doing the great job we are doing at cleaning Ella’s teeth and were instructed on how to floss each day. Ella is a proud member of The No Cavities Club! Yay Ella!

We made a homemade balance beam while at MoMom and PoPop’s house over the weekend. The kids loved it… sometimes it’s the household items that are enjoyed beyond measure!

They really are exact opposites. Tonight at dinner Ella got a small drip of applesauce on her hand and asked for a napkin immediately to wipe her hand clean. On the other side of the table I have Cooper who was wearing more applesauce than he ate and he was as happy as could be. NEVER at 17 months was Ella that messy! He’s all boy right down to being messy!
