As we all know I am going to become a big sister this June! I know there are a lot of responsibilities of being a big sister, including to look out for “the little one”!!! Today I was very lucky because I was able to go to the doctors with Mommy and Daddy to see “Peanut”. Usually MoMom and PoPop stay with me while Mommy and Daddy go, but today was an extra special day. Besides it being Valentines Day, it is also the day that we hopefully would find out if “Peanut” is a little girl or boy. Will I be having a little sister or a little brother?
Mommy, Daddy and I have been going to church on Sunday mornings, I really enjoy the services and while they are a bit long for me ((Mommy or Daddy end up taking me out to the Lobby so I can talk)) I do enjoy going and seeing all the people, hearing the music and hearing about Jesus. This morning I noticed that my toes were a bit squished and starting to pinch a bit. I sat quietly and enjoyed the music ((Daddy allowed me to sit on the pew in front of us while he stood and sang the songs along with Mommy)) and after we all greeted each other good morning, we sat down and waited for Pastor Dave to talk to us about Jesus.
Monday evening Josh and I had the 20 week ultrasound for “Peanut”, we were so excited and anxious to find out if our little nut is going to be a Boy Nut or a Girl Nut… but we still have an Unsolved “Nut”!
Once again this winter Megan’s parents headed south with friends for a week, leaving us to watch their pups for the first time since Ella was born. In the past managing the four dogs ((Our two – Floppie and Ebony; Their two – Dora and Kenzie)) was challenging although usually ended up being easy as we just focused all of our attention to them. With Ella needing/wanting our attention we were a bit worried that dogs would be jealous or lonely and act out. This brought about the question “who would have an “in-house” accident first?”
Please pick your answer:
- Dora
- Ebony
- Floppie
- Kenzie
Please make your selection…
Waking up this morning to the sight of white was a normal winter day in my eyes. For one little girl however it was the first time she felt snow.
It’s me again… I find that it is easier for me to high-jack either Mommy or Daddy’s laptop and write these little entries on my own then wait for Mommy or Daddy to write them for me. They are so busy and when they have free time ((when I am sleeping)) they like to spend time together and catch up on tv shows or movies — actually I don’t know what they do, but I find this is helpful to them both if I write about all my adventures… so here we go… my first Christmas and New Years Eve!
I’ve managed to grab some of Ella’s conversations over the last few months and decided to share them with everyone. I think they’re absolutely adorable but then again I’m very bias!
