This past Sunday Megan and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary. Has it really been a year already? It really feels like just yesterday we were taking pictures…
A few years ago when I started working in Philadelphia I began to realize that somethings – even if only a few miles across either the Ben Franklin or Walt Whitman Bridge – were really only known in South Jersey. As I continued to meet people further west in PA the same story continued – I would ask someone if they have every heard of this delicacy and I would just about always receive the same response – a blank stare followed by a profound no.
I am talking about the Panzarotti of course!
Because Megan and I have our big vacation in a few months, we really didn’t want to spend a ton of money going away somewhere for just a few days. But we knew that we needed to get-a-way from the stresses of work and just have a few days of relaxation. Now we have a dilemma on our hands…
While we love the shore, by the time we get down there and finally get to relax we’ve wasted pretty much an entire day ((not to mention Mom J’s time by having to check us into our room)) and everywhere else just didn’t seem worth the over priced rate that is still being charged for the summer months. So after much discussion, Megan and I decided to go [intlink id=”1061″ type=”post”]back to French Creek State Park[/intlink] for a weekend of camping.
Guess what everyone, we added another critter to our family!
There are a lot of different areas in the IT ((Information Technology)) world – ranging from providing phone support for people who can’t use Microsoft Word to designing the computer systems that run on the International Space Station. But regardless of what type of work you do, if you’re in the IT world inevitably the same thing always happens – someone asks you for help with their computer.
Now being the kind people that we are us IT geeks never mind trying to help out a friend or family member. But for some reason it seems that everyone who isn’t in the IT world seems to think that everyone in the IT world knows everything about anything technical.
Well, today I finally found the perfect flowchart to help share my infinite wisdom of all computer related topics!
According to a few websites, tomatoes are self-pollinating and therefore technically are not male or female.
You be the judge…
For the last four years I’ve had to listen to Josh express his complaints ((I mean feelings, Joyce Myer would not appreciate that)) on how South Jersey is so much better than Pottstown in regards to grocery shopping and general convenience stores. He seems to have issues with having to travel 20 miles to the nearest Target or grocery store which still does not even pale in comparison to his precious angelic Shoprite!!
This all changed a few weeks ago….
