Last night we joined Megan’s Godparents at her parent’s house for an early celebration of Megan’s 30th birthday. After dinner Megan’s Mom asked if anyone would like tea, and if so, what type would they like. Three choices were offered. Of the three people who requested tea, all three requested a different kind.
What could possibly go wrong…

The first time Megan brought me to her parent’s house for dinner, we ended up playing a game called Hand & Foot afterwards. A rather simple card game once learned, it involves patience, team-work and good-old luck. While I won’t bore you with the details of how to play the game here ((Megan and I have purchased a special domain name just for this purpose, we just haven’t got around to building it yet)), I would like to share with you the final results for the year 2007.

After spending the day looking for a replacement spring for our garage door at Lowes, Sears, Sears Hardware, Home Depot and ACE Hardware – with Megan sneezing and coughing – we gave up. The Murano sits outside in the sleet, hail, rain and snow, sorry Fishie.
We’ve now reverted to drinking ((Orange, Cranberry and Vodka for Megan / Raspberry Vodka and Iced Tea for Josh)).
