Megan and I thought we were really cool when we figured out that the first Saturday in June 2008 would have the date signature of 06.07.08. What we didn’t realize was that the rest of the free world would think the same thing, the only difference was that we were a little late as it seems that everyone else figured it out weeks, if not months, before we did.

We added a new album for all the pictures we take while we plan our wedding!
Since I just posted the start of American Idol Top 24, I felt the need to also let all interested know about other TV interests that Josh and I have found to be addicting!
Tuesday it started snowing in the afternoon and as soon as we got home Josh decided to shovel the driveway thinking that the snow might stop that night. Well, it didn’t. Waking up Wednesday morning – Valentine’s Day – Josh decided to shovel the driveway again in order to get Fishie out of the garage in order to get into work. We didn’t go into work and about 30 minutes later the driveway was again covered. After snuggling on the couch for most of the day, Megan mentioned to Josh that maybe we should shovel the driveway now so we’re ready for work in the morning. Josh, still pissy about already shoveling the driveway twice, said no that he’d just do it in the morning.
Yeah – he should have listened.
We were able to spend the day home together snuggled up on the couch thanks to lots of ice and snow. We decided not to go out to dinner and instead made homemade meatloaf with green beans and steamed potatoes for dinner.
The only thing that could make this night better is if LOST was on tonight – oh wait, it is. Simply put, our first Valentine’s Day together engaged has been perfect!
